  • Sessions with Cat are approximately 90 minutes long and take place via Google Meet.

    Please give yourself time after the session. Be gentle and easy and avoid stimulating activities.

  • Yes, all sessions are private and confidential. However, if there is any indication of self-harm or harm to others, Cat is legally required to report this to the appropriate authorities to ensure safety.

  • Unlike therapy, which often focuses on diagnosing and treating mental health conditions or processing past trauma, Cat’s work is non-clinical. She helps you explore your subconscious patterns and find clarity without pathologizing your experience.

  • Coaching typically works with the conscious mind to set goals and solve problems. Cat’s approach goes deeper, guiding you to explore your subconscious blocks and beliefs. Rather than focusing solely on strategies or outcomes, she helps you uncover insights from within.

  • It is a conversational dialogue-based, organic approach , making your subconscious more accessible. Unlike traditional hypnotherapy, which may rely on scripts or suggestions, this approach uses open conversation and deep listening to help you uncover solutions from within.

  • Yes. Many clients find that Cat’s work complements their therapy or coaching by unlocking deeper subconscious insights that support their personal or professional goals.

  • Find a quiet, private space where you can speak freely without interruptions. No pets, No phones, No distractions.

    Wearing Headphones is recommended. Be sure to be seated somewhere comfortable.

    It can be helpful to come with an open mind and a willingness to explore whatever arises during the conversation.

    Allow time after the session to be gentle and easy. Nothing stimulating for at least a few hours post session.

  • Clients often leave sessions feeling clearer, lighter, and more aligned with their next steps. While every experience is unique, many report breakthroughs in self-awareness, emotional release, and a renewed sense of confidence and direction.

  • This depends. Some clients experience significant shifts after one session, while others choose to work with Cat over multiple sessions for deeper exploration and integration. Cat offers both single sessions and multi-session packages.

  • You are always in control of your session. If anything feels uncomfortable or you wish to pause, you are welcome to do so at any time. Cat creates a safe, supportive environment and will follow your lead throughout the process.

  • To maintain privacy and confidentiality, sessions are never recorded.

  • Cat requires 12 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Sessions canceled with less than 12 hours’ notice without rescheduling will be subject to a loss of $50 deposit.

  • Yes! Complimentary 30-minute discovery calls are required before booking a session to discuss your needs, answer your questions, and help you decide if working together is the right fit.

  • While this approach is designed to be adaptable to each individual’s needs. This work is not suitable for everyone. It’s important to note that working with Cat Meyer may not be appropriate or some.

    Cat has a list of contraindications in her consent form which will be shared prior to your session.

    This technique is not a substitute for psychiatric or other professional mental or medial health counseling.
