Mars Beck

Mars is a sound bath practitioner devoted to creating deeply restorative and grounding experiences through the power of sound. Outside of teaching grounding movement practices, Mars offers immersive sound journeys designed to guide participants into states of deep relaxation, presence, and inner connection.

Using chimes, crystal singing bowls, and other soothing instruments, Mars weaves layered soundscapes that support nervous system regulation, energetic balance, and emotional release. Each session invites participants to slow down, soften, and reconnect with their natural rhythm in a safe and supportive space.

With a gentle and intuitive approach, Mars welcomes individuals of all backgrounds to experience stillness, vibration, and sound as pathways to renewal and self-discovery.
