Practice with me
My restorative class is a subtle yet powerful practice centered around resting the physical body, calming the nervous system, and releasing physical tension and stagnant energy.
This practice creates the ideal environment to relax, recover, and rest through props, guided visualization, aromatherapy, hands-on adjustments/reiki, gentle movement, and breathwork.
Restorative yoga is perfect for anyone and everyone, regardless of yoga experience.
Somatic Stretch is a more active, exploratory counterpart to this work. It weaves together fascia flossing, resistance-based stretching that glides and hydrates connective tissue, with simple movement patterns and periods of rest to unwind habitual holding and bring awareness to how the body organizes itself. Rather than pushing for range or intensity, the focus is on sensation, timing, and what shifts when you move with attention.
There’s a rhythm to the practice, a gradual build of effort, sometimes a touch of discomfort, followed by space to pause and integrate. These cycles support mobility and resilience while allowing the nervous system to settle.
Together, these practices offer different entry points into the same conversation. One through stillness and support, the other through movement and curiosity. Both are designed to help you listen more closely, move with greater ease, and feel more at home in your body.
